Delusional: “characterized by or holding false beliefs or judgments about external reality

Does this sound familiar, telling yourself that you’ll

  • Go to the gym

  • Eat better

  • Meditate

  • Travel more

  • Spend time with loved ones

at some point in the future; tomorrow, next month, next year.

It eventually becomes a point of no return, you never achieve what you intend to do.

Your time on this earth is limited. You will die in the future. There is no better reason to act on the most important aspects of your life now.

Here is how to change that..

Become aware of where your time is going, cut out nonsense immediately.

  • That favorite youtube channel or tv show your binging 4 hours a day: eliminate.

  • Mental vampires who only take but never give energy: eliminate.

  • Unhealthy social media influencers who steal your attention: eliminate.

Once you have reflected on the origins of where your time actually goes in your waking hours, be ruthless in eliminating them from your life entirely.

Your life will become scary, uncomfortable, and even boring.

Good.

Begin integrating the activities that will actually matter in living your life to its fullest potential, the activities that you won’t regret on your deathbed.

And remember, be truthful to yourself forever and always. For truth is the only pure thing in this world that will keep you accountable and growth-driven.

Reply to this email with all the attention-draining activities you will eliminate from your life starting now, not in the future, now.

Hope to hear from you soon,
